Better titles and dates for clips

Long titles used to end on a connecting word like "and" or "of" once they passed the length limit. They now stop at a natural break, for photos and clips alike.

iPhone clips carry their own local shooting date in the file's metadata. AiMedia now reads it directly, so editorial captions get the right day even across time zones.

Batches that mix photos and clips now say files or video clips instead of calling everything a photo, in confirmations, warnings and empty states.
