Once registered, you can access your Dashboard to monitor usage stats. Create batches, choose royalty-free or editorial mode, upload photos and video clips, and AiMedia analyzes them automatically.

The Dashboard gives an overview of your account: batches, files, balance, total analyses, plan and the date of the last analysis.

In Settings, you can adjust title creativity, append Generative AI tags, replace titles with descriptions, set word limits, enforce single-word keywords, and add a custom AI context.

AiMedia makes a ready CSV for Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, iStock, Pond5 or StockSubmitter: pick your stock once and the file follows that stock's template. Photos and clips go in the same file. Categories are left for you to set on the stock's site. Pond5 accepts metadata in English only.

Yes. The AiMedia plugin for Lightroom Classic, on Windows and macOS, describes the photos you select and writes the title, caption and keywords into your catalog. One photo costs one credit, as on the site.

Open the Batches page to create a new batch, choose royalty-free or editorial mode, upload photos and video clips, and generate metadata. After analysis, download one CSV for your stock with every photo and clip in it.

Yes. Each batch holds up to 1,000 files, photos and video clips together.

Yes. When creating or editing a batch, you can add shooting context such as location, event, season, or mood so AI descriptions better match the real shoot.

Yes. In Editorial mode, each photo and clip must have country, city, and date before analysis starts.

Yes. If the photos and clips come from the same event or shoot, fill country, city and date once and apply them to the rest of the batch.

Yes. Inside each batch, you can filter photos and clips by status, hide metadata, edit the batch name, and in editorial mode manage country, city, and date.

Failed files are marked as Error. You can reset errors and return those files to Pending for re-analysis. Failed analyses are not deducted from your balance.

Yes. The Free plan includes 200 credits: one photo uses one credit, a video clip 2.

No. Purchased credits stay in your balance until you use them.

Your photos and the three frames taken from each clip are kept in encrypted cloud storage and deleted with their batch after 90 days; the clip itself never leaves your computer. They are sent to our AI providers only to generate metadata. We do not sell your data.

Batches are automatically deleted 90 days after creation.
